Kona's name is a "Thank You" to my mother.
The dogs and I went through a transition in 2009 which involved relocating everyone.
I don't know what we would have done without the help of my parents.
Finding myself temporarily farther away from the dogs during the day,
Mom jumped right in and helped to whelp litters, raise pups,
clean kennels, bath dogs, you name it!
Hence, the name, " Couldn't have done it without ya Mom!"
Also, thank you Mary Catherine & Todd. We love our little girl!
